## Lens
These meetings keep an account alive. Closing 4+ means every request left with an owner and a date. Pushback 4+
means a new request was named as new scope, with its impact and a decision asked for, not absorbed. Clarity 4+ means
numbers and names instead of adjectives. A status update that only reports is routine; one that ends by asking for a
decision is Influence 4+.

## Focus tracks
- Brief with owner and date: every request leaves the meeting with an owner and a due date (Closing)
- Name the scope creep: says out loud when a request is new scope, what it changes, and asks for a decision (Pushback)
- Numbers, not adjectives: reports results as figures and names, not "going well" (Clarity)
- Position the team: states what the team recommends, not only what was done (Influence)
